How to Play

• 🍽️ Foods appear on plates with timers.
• ⌨️ Type the carb amount to eat that food.
• ✅ Correct entry: smaller glucose rise.
• ❌ Wrong entry or timeout: full glucose rise.
• 📊 Keep glucose between 4 and 10 mmol/L.
• 🎯 Fill satiety to 100% to advance stages.
• ⚠️ The game ends if glucose goes too high or too low.
• ✨ Power ups sometimes appear instead of food.
• 🔍 Carb counter: collect with 0010, activate with 0011. For the next five waves all foods show their carb grams.
• 🏃 Exercise: collect with 0020, activate with 0021. It lowers glucose if it is above 6 or resets it to 4 and uses a bit of satiety.
